Dark/White sreens !!

    I have problem with white/ dark screens !!! I can not play the game , when i change maps it always gets me in the map for 30_40 minutes so i can not see other playsers or move (many players inform me when i am in a group) , i always die when
    i try to play in arena , i can see my player when the seconf round is finished !!!
    I use a lap top with windows 10 , Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz 8 RAM
    I deleted the temporary files but it happened the same , when i download the game runs with 40_50 Mbps !!! (so it is not internet fault)
    when i play the is running with 40_250 Kbps !!!!! why ?
    Please let us know how can we change this ? We are noy progarmers we need help from your support team
