I have noticed that players who are in your friend list or guild list that got deleted will remain there as a space taken up. For example, in my friend list, I once had a friend called EDIT. Since he deleted his account, he is now longer in my friend list. However, if you press total honor points and select friends only, I am still be able to see him. Please remove this kind of stuff as I do not want to see the ranking of an account who is already deleted.

Next, this also happens in guild list. In the guild list, it is much more of a problem. This is because the deleted player will take up A SPACE. In the picture, there is someone called EDIT who once joined the guild. Since he deleted his account, you no longer see him in guild. But just like in the friends list, he appears in total honor points when you click the button.

This is a real pain because I once sent a support ticket before. They tell me that the guild is full with 50/50 members. However, when my guildmates and I counted, it was only at 47 and we cannot add anyone else. This really is a pain as the guild has ran out of space and the support team cannot even tell that there are players in “their guild list” that has deleted accounts. Can you guys please fix this?

At this time, the issue with guild count is known.

If you create another Ticket, the Support team can help you manually remove players that are no longer in your guild.
