disconnect from server

    I keep getting disconnected from the server. I have lowered the graphics, and all that. Usually when I get disconnected it takes a good 15-20 mins before Im able to get back in. Are others having the same issue? Ive tried searching for a forum already but had some difficulty, thanks.
