The festive season has made its way to Dracania, and the snowflakes are as large as a Gnome's nose! Santa is extremely busy preparing gifts to ensure they reach you in time for Christmas. However, this year, there's an exciting twist for all the inhabitants of Duria. Pause whatever you're doing and dust off your best attire — or should I say, costumes?

In an exclusive announcement, it's time for a unique photo session! Your posing skills are needed, so immerse yourself in the Winter Solstice spirit and showcase your style. Equip the Snowman Costume or the Solstice Scoundrel Costume, locate a panoramic Winter-Solstice themed area, and capture a snapshot of your character!

Once you're done, make your way to the ⁠Drakensang Online #⁠solstice-vogue cave, read the rules, and post your accomplishment. Santa's Little Helper eagerly awaits the submission of your vogue-like pictures.

The top 10 entrants will be handsomely rewarded with astonishing prizes:

We are thrilled to see so many of you participating in the Winter Parade in just a few days! It is simply amazing to be able to witness your creative and unique submissions so far, and we certainly encourage you to keep doing so. However, we will have to make a slight change regarding the rules of the contest.

Due to excessive user participation, we have to limit the submission availability like so:
The channel ⁠Drakensang Online⁠ #solstice-vogue will remain open for submissions until December 20, 2023 11:59 PM.

After the channel is closed, the voting period begins where you can simply relax, take a beverage of your choosing (preferably a warm one), review the many submissions from the community, and well.. vote!
Vote for your favorite ones.

That means you have approximately 2-3 days left to post your photos, and/or fix your invalid entries - those were marked with ❌, so please go and check if your post has been marked (the most common reasons were: no nickname, no costume, wrong background, other players on the picture).

To make it clear, examples of Winter Solstice-themed areas are Winter Summit, cities with visible event decorations (presents, Christmas trees, gingerbreads), Solstice Cave, and so on. Snowy maps like Eternal Watch, Hjalgrimur, or Hailstone Mountains do not count!

At last, we would like to remind you that excessive spamming channels and/or DMs with a voting request are forbidden - this can lead to disqualification and mute!

The time is up! Your journey to the many places of Dracania and the many pictures you gathered for us while participating in our very first Winter Parade is now over! You really showed us your creativity and posing skills, whether it was with you standing next to a reindeer, next to a Christmas Tree or even saluting... gingerbreads!

While the entrance to the contest is now closed, the curtains are most certainly open. And they will remain so for the next few days. Santa's Little Helper is now calling you to your final task. Vote!

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the holidays with your loved ones... But maybe, just maybe take a detailed look at ⁠⁠solstice-vogue channel over the next few days. Take your time and review the many participants and vote for your favourite ones. After all, you might have the chance to be one of the winners and be rewarded for your efforts.
