What would you take as dk 20% def oder the 2% jester jewels. I have like 15% speed normally can bring it to 30%. But since the cm greg said cyanide and onyx will be upgraded is it worth having the 20% def jewels anymore? Ty for your answers.

I take whatever i can get. Those boot speed% and torso armor% gems currently involve gambling (which i don't do much of except with excess gold) or buying with clovers.

If buying with clovers, my dk probably would prefer armor% gems since my red ess torso has decent armor (i think in the 500s) and always stays on whereas i do switch from red ess to speed boots based on the situation. However, if you were using something like the witch chaser set + keens, with its much lower torso armor value, you might get more value from those boot speed gems since a 20% armor gem is only being multiplied against a smaller witch chaser armor value.

I spend my anders on hp, resist, damage and attack speed gems. I almost never buy crit and armor gems except when i am one flaw or two flawed gems away from a whole bunch of gem combines.

In my dk's main helmet, I have 4 jewels of rage and 1 solstice star. Alt helmet (wolf hat for flagrunning) has 3 shadow stones and one skull. My dwarf uses 2 jewels of rage and 1 solstice star in his main helmet along with some cyanites. Alt helmet is the wolf set, not sure whats in that.

DK gems need to be Speed, damage, armpr,hp and only a bit of speed that makes a good dk, at lvl 45 you need radiant gems at least

Generally, if you're planning to go full legendary Dragon Knight (Or mixed up of Keen set + Legendary)... yes.. 20% defense jewels worth quite a while. Especially 4 line 250-300+ Armor value gears, this will make your Dragon Knight even more solid while replacing lot of gears (Helmet/Boot/Shoulder/etc.) You name it.

I wouldn't really bother with Cyanite, because it's provided base armor value and Dragon Knight need gems like Hitpoints and Resistances, so you don't want to waste those gem slots. Plus, just like i mentioned earlier, 20% Armor Value Gem works way better with 4x armor lines gears.

Onyx is a different story, if you're missing a ton of critical values you should replace it with either 2x decent-high critical ring values or farm those Onyx off bosses.. while spending those anderments for Rubies instead.

I'm running full Legendary Dragon Knight at the moment due to lack of anderments. They are very hard to farm right now ever since the new patch released. Plus, high-tier gems are more efficient than and small-tier gems in general, so having legendaries that given like.. 4x Armor/Hp/Resitance value lines can really save you a lot of anderments for any replacement.

I seen most Dragon Knight run full Amethys gems by using 4x All Resistance lines Helm and Shoulder + 4x Armor lines. It's pretty effetive.
