Here are some tips and tricks:
Get in high level guild, or if you have a level 45 character you just ask them to help you with your smaller character. You get a few runs in parallel world. You get 0 XP points (which is a good thing), You will get tons of money, ander, COTs, so on..
Then you get into pvp.. anything you want, capture the flag, 1v1.. doesn;t mater I guarantee you win 99% of times.
Now of course this is an exploit. But, a legal one.
If the devs would want to repair this, (which they don't, they have other more important stuff to do) would be very easy. You can't team up with anything more then 5 levels above or bellow. Bam, problem solved.
When they made the game, they thought.. "well.. who would want to team up with someone that has more than 5 levels ahead of them, they wouldn;t gain xp."
Well ya, that's the point. no xp (which means you stay at level whatever-25) and just raise everything else. Then get out and beat the **** out of all the noobs who dare to intersect with you.
By this recipe I met this guy, who I can't name here for some dubious reason, level 33, Seasoned koto, with weapon of the end of time and so on. In Fortress assault he got 31-2, 2192 honour badges without bonuses, dealing 100000 damage in about 2 or 3 minutes. The other team on the other hand (here is a real surprise) I got 0-9 with my tiny legionare (last place :)) and the best score in team waaaaas: Here is the pic: [IMG]
Also I have to give to Caesar what's his, and admit that this guy had real strategy, you could tell he was a great thinker. The strategy: he stood in front of the spawning ground, and shoot Chaining Lightning. But really now, when you have the right gear that's all you have to do.

A good way to suck the fun out of the game for any new players you encounter...:(

You really invented hot water ya know, all mid-lvl pvp-ers are farming like this. Do this, pay a bit and voila you got yourself a dso hulk that is beating ppl with his stats... That's why all should play pvp at endgame, make those twinks lonely. ;)

Nope, I don't wanna be the best...only want to reach lvl 30 fame, to get the ability for PvE and i already have...so no more PvP for me...

...unless something new and cool is introduced as a reward, the crown or mounts don't interest me they are useless.

this is literally what i felt the first time. well we always have the choice to just not turn it on i guess, but then again this feature of the game is simply irresistible.

    --MERGED--

and this is literally my plan. can anybody confirm other than the you and the op, if this is the general norm of this game?

That's the way it is meant to be played aniway, op's are the one who chosed the other way. Hit end game lvl, finish pw's, farm hard and then get yourself in the arena. I'm sure others will confirm it.

'Get yourself in the 45 arena and have your behind kicked yet ever worse, by players who started this game a lot longer than you did and have built themselves up th Hulk level', I believe Zokin forgot to add. I did do that, arrive at lvl 45 with my payer char. (Having said that, I never paid more than just to be able to compete with the heavy, shameless paying people and relied mostly on skill. I bought a few rubies for damage and a few gems for defence, so I can stay alive enough to use the rubies I got.) But I must have missed the sign post at the entrance saying 'Welcome to hell, noob', because, although I used to have not many people being able to defeat me before reaching lvl 40, once I got there I lost all desire to play the arena anymore. There were people in there that would one shot kill you more than I would care to mention. Sadly, staying low level and only leveling out of PvP experience is one way to still enjoy the PvP side of this game, scarce as it may be. So I started a new char. And it is a strategy more and more people are forced to employ due to the intrinsic inequity of this game. Once you reach lvl 35 and start meeting the lvl 40 and above, their advantage is overwhelming, and greatly so if one is not a payer. So you might aswell start anew. Besides, you get the mentor bonus to propel you to high lvls of Fame before all the poor newbs that have started the game recently. But maybe this is the idea: put old players/payers in the same server as free players and lets see who can say no to buying more and more things, to be able to at least survive. C'mon devs, bring is some free servers and give people a real choice. That will show that you really do care about people's gaming experience and not just your bosses (and yours, ofc) bank acccounts.

Don't forget the other side of the peak, when you reach level 40 fame and you're still a twink, without gear or skills from higher levels. Those level 45 champions in pvp will put cross-hairs on your pvp back, and teach you all about living hell.
And hope you're good at soloing maps. Why would anyone want to carry you all the time?
