Support Does support work?

    I've changed my county of residence. I want to change my account region (can prove with documents new residence).
    I tried to post tickets to Support and had no answers from them.
    Is there anyone alive?

    No need to provide them your address to solve this problem.

    The problem is that there is no reaction or solution from them.
    The dead game is dead?

    Are you sure you're using the correct info when filling out the support ticket? The first few times I used it I kept doing the ID part wrong thinking they meant which character & something else I forget now. Anyways, it's the number in the parenthesis at the top of your login screen once you login here. It'll have your account name then (the number). If you did it correctly you should at least get an automated reply to your email saying they received it.

    If you used the wrong info it'll still act like it went through, but you don't receive any automated reply or anything else. That's the only thing I can think of, so hope that helps. Good luck!

    Im so sorry to tell you that, but these people doesnt care much about players, they will never answer on your ticket.. im waiting on respond like 2 weeks, i sent them few times the ticket, but no answer from them. So the easyest way for u i just, quit the game :)

    I'll leave here a feedback. Maybe it will help someone.
    Problem was in my email provider. It seems it was in "global" ban or something, do not receeving any mails from Tech Support (but still receiving mails on paying issues).
    I have changed email to the global one (google) and have posted one more ticket. Then I received a reply from TS finally. In time my problem was solved.
