Does the damage of the weapon includes the enchanments modifier?

    Let's say that I have a sword with +12% damage increase. It is written that the sword has 5-10 damage. Did the damage include the enchantments? Not sure if it is the right place to ask. Thanks a lot.

    Also, will I get a full refund if I melt an upgraded item?
