    1. English forum has correct timing dates and format
    2. Portugal probably correct
    3. Spanish forum - definitely WRONG
    starting date/format is correct but ending is not.
    the event is starting on October 28th but is ending in November ...
    ... meanwhile CEST turns into CET on October 30th and the clock is going back for 1 hour. That means CET (UTC+1) instead of UTC+2
    That applies for the challenge as well.
