Dragan event uncertainties

Does the drop rate of Dragan's Weapon parts and Administrator's Chest appearance possibility depend on the map difficulty (I did countles runs on normal difficulty and got nothing)?

Does the Administrator's Chest appearance possibility increase with higher CP map dungeons?

 

I heard people doing it on higher difficulties and still not getting the weapon. So we don't really know for sure, and it's not stipulated anywhere in the dungeon difficulty screen (which leads me to believe that most probably they don't drop more often).
The best way to get those parts remain the minievents and of course pure luck.
In the last event my friend got 2 different parts from the chests, plus dropped the third part from the Iron Forest. I got the first part twice and nothing from the bosses.
So in the end what you can do is start crafting and forget about that weapon. I already crafted something better than it, so by the next Dragan event you will most likely get something better if you start working in that direction. Focus on what you can do, not on what the RNG Gods give you.

 

Let me put it this way ...
So far in 3 events I haven't yet got a single weapon part (except one in the first event edition when the drop for that part was 100%) at live server + TS combined.

 

Weapon parts and those elemental stones are being given out in the minis (at least, 1 each in the first one). If they do thesame for the next two minis and you complete those minis that will get you 3 of each, giving you some chance of completing it.

I am not bothering with the regular ravencaw map or the associated regular mapquests.
