DRO and website problems.

    I posted yesterday about my problems, abet in the German forums as that was the only place I could access yesterday.

    Anyway problems started since the new download. The application would crash occasionally, this was no real trouble. Since 5pm yesterday I have been unable to login. I have done everything I can to resolve the issues re-installed etc. The DRO client is blank and a download error now appears, this is after the new install was successful.

    The login appears, then after failing login it disappears after restart. I went over to web site to login that way but I get no site exists or no site configured for this site. Now that I found strange so I fired up my privacy browsers and was able to login to post my issues yesterday, could only get on German forum.

    I have taken screen shot but am unable to post them. The DRO thin client is blank after trying to login and the website is unavailable unless I use Tor browser, or IXquick proxy but Epic browser fails with or without proxy. I get a download error 1 connection refused but this was after it was successful. Till now I have no issues running client and have enjoyed the game. Is there a reason why I cannot access website without a proxy?, like IP banned.

    Yes I have searched the forums and have tried to resolve the issues myself but so far no joy.

    I am based in UK and was using the Heredor server I think that how its spelt. Currently using Tor browser to post here as Mozilla Firefox is refused connection. Like I stated for me this is a IP issue because when I employ the open method I cannot connect, so have to resort to the closed (private) method.

    [EDIT] Managed to get in with Mozilla for 5mins but I am back to square one.....I also tried Chrome but connection refused DRO is still fubar. It seems the connection refused is timed as I can retry after a hour, which is annoying.

    OK browser working but DRO still has issues. I hope this gets resolved.

    There are reasons why you should not use proxy servers and Tor browser.
    We cannot help you here, contact the support.
