    Hey there @Erag0n ,

Thank you a lot for your contribution ;)

EDIT: Could you please equip both items in order to check in exact values (2 decimal cases)? Thank you in advance.

That is a mistake because those items are compared with what's equipped and those values are rounded, those are not the real values.
Also there's no "% Improved Block Rate on this item" on pauldrons, it's "% Increased Block Rate".

    Hey there heroes,

That's why we need you ;) Much appreciated.

    1. About off-hand attack speed, share with us the best value you found. So far, we deleted the higher value found before R191.
    2. @bLaind , you are absolutely right in both cases. We are only seeking for 2 decimal cases values, which means you have to equip the items. To make it clear, I edited my first post and add a note about that ;)
    3. New 2h-increased damage value on this item added.

    Hey there @Gevilson ,

Thank you a lot! Both values are now updated.

    Hey there @tassadar1977 ,

As explained in the main topic, you have to proof your say - share with us a link with the print ;) This is needed. Thank you a lot and we are waiting ;)

Can you say the formula you used to scale L1 to L55?
I made similar calculations, multiplying L1 by 1.54 (assuming that each step is 1%)
I get a little bigger numbers than you - 18.48% for an amulet, for example.

I'm not 100% if the formula I used is correct. But following is 100% correct:
    - values of min/max L1 gold enchantment
    - they are reference values of level 1 items
    - the power factors for relative enchantment scaling are - L1: 1.01, L2: 1.02, ..., L54: 1.54, L55: 1.55

    So the formula I used for L55 was: (1.55 / 1.01) * L1 enchantment value.

Hope this is the right place for this,
Is there, or can we get a full explanation of The weapon effects and what happens to them with the different types of crafting. I seen a post on the TS thread that said the effect transferred to the new item during a soul craft.. Would this be the same with Pristine and Augment crafting?? will the resulting item you get at the end of the crafting process retain the effect? Is there any crafting that will deactivate the effect?
Have done a search, but found no answers to these specific questions

    Thanks, Doc.

I'd say it's the same case like it is with the dyes... you can't transfer it from one item onto another one.

Already tested it few days ago.
No matter what crafting (pristine , soul or augment) you are practicing ... as long as the activated effect is on the unique item in the first slot ... it always keeps the effect activated.

True, but in the case of soul core crafting, the first item is usually the one that dropped that has better base stats than the one you have, but you are trying to transfer the crafted stats from the one you already have and have been using. This happened with my Dragan items. The ones I had were dyed. I got new T6 drops during this last event. I soul core crafted them and the resulting items weren't dyed anymore.

So, while Trakilaki is 100%, here is the simplified version.

You have a Unique weapon. You've added an effect. Now, you can do one of four things:
    ConditionEffect Remains (Y/N)
    Pristine Core CraftY
    Soul Core Craft
    Existing item providing the enchantments
    Soul Core Craft
    Receiving stats from another unique
    Augment Core CraftY

The first, second, and fourth are the common cases, but the 3rd is very rare and pretty much only seen in capes which this doesn't apply to. The only time this would apply would be if you got a unique with good better enchantments than the one you have (meaning you likely didn't pristine core craft it already) and want to transfer them to the unique you already have, likely because the base stats are higher. Personally, it would feel like a waste of cores compared to saving the elemental cores for pristine core crafting.
