Let me start with a hello fellow Durian's thanks for stopping in.

I would venture to say that I will probably be beating a dead horse here but here goes nothing ...

I have been playing a bit and have a thought on how to possibly resolve a seemingly growing problem of players not being able to find other players near thier level to make a dungeon run with ...

If a program was created that allowed players to check into a que for a dungeon, oh like, "Temple Sector" or the "Abyss of Time". And it was made so the same que is available to players in all realms for the dungeon or adjascent adungeon area associated with the que. This would allow more game play with characters of or very near the same level instead of someone of higher lever feeling as thought they were having to carry a lower level player through the dungeon...

It could be made so the player could either choose to use the que or not use it. Therefore there should be no reason for anyone to complain one way or another because no one would be forced to make a change in thier game play unless they see/saw the need for the use of the que ...

What is your choice in the matter and why do you feel the way you do?

That's why you read a ton of "grupo" in chat. Beings you're on Agathon server I used grupo instead of group

You have the option of joining a group. Once joined, if you don't like the level of one of the players, whether to high or just don't like him, you can always leave the group.

If you decide to create one of your own groups you, again, have the option to select and choose who you want in the group. Someone bisses you off, boot'em :D

Good job on the thinking aspect of it though. Thumbs up.

Good guess. Some sort of group finder has been suggested many times. It even was on one of the official user wish lists and did not rank very high.
Finding random groups at the level I want has never really been a problem for me, even on lil ole Tegan ;) More often than not random groups tend to blow. One run and then , "cya" Developing my friends list and/or joining a guild are a much better way to go for me.

Simply because a player is the same level gives you no indication of how strong they are or their knowledge/skill in the game. Also what is wrong with helping weaker or lower level players. This is how they become better players. As long as they are not just leeching and giving it their best they are welcome in my groups any time :)
    No, see above

    Luck be with ye,

The idea does have some merit, but keep in mind that those particular maps that you are talking about are stuck in no man's land...

You have a segment of players who do not want exp points and those who are playing the parallel worlds for the better drops. Getting groups of matched level players in the Atlantis region is difficult (in my experience).

You either accept the fact that you'll be playing gapper for the lower levels, fight your way through it solo, or move onto pw and come back to it later.

    Well explained by Mikey.
    It is pointless.

Just guessing here but would any of you be primarily evening players, oh say late day, after work players who get on when Agathon is relatively at its peak user period ?...

    Mikey,
I do have a friend list, be it small, 35-45 people at a given time. (Players who are actively playing the game at least once a week) and I have a great guild. But on each list there are only 1 or 2 players, who randomly pop in now and then in the pre dawn and mornings when the Agathon realm is literally all but empty. This morning for example in Ashraya, there were 3-5 people in the city. Myself ... Who would liked to have made a few farming runs with someone else ... and between 2 - 4 others players who were all level 45 elitists who would not answer any questions but were waiting for thier pvp (QUE) to come available ...( I say between 2-4 players because it was over a several hour period I am refering to, not just an instance.) The same in the parallel world, (the places I have access to), except for the Ocean of Bones which had several players which were already running in full groups. The Grotto was empty and Grimm had maybe 3 players all level 45 elitists who pretty much ignored my calls for; group, groupo and "Hey buddy, let me hold a dollar!"
"Mikey, I am not calling you out, just responding in turn to your well layed out responce."

Guys ... not everyone enjoys the all mighty PvP ... I really have no desire to be your boot fodder ... I truly enjoy PvE though ... This game is primarily focused on a player continually stepping into the PvP and if he/she doesn't, his/her toon suffers for it ... My toon is now level 42 and my PvP Fame level is 3 ...

In closing I will only ad this..."Why is it ok to have a cue/que in PvP but not in PvE"

Because PVP and PVE are different.
In PVP ... the system is pairing the opponents based on predetermined criteria.
In PVE there is no need of it.
