Dwarf Q7 buff is really bugged

    Regularly, the buff q7 does not activate when the rocket C14 hit a boss or a monster.
    Always without reason and in an unpredictable way.

    I wish this bug will be fixed soon because it is really embarrassing.

    I have this same problem with my mech. It's not exactly clear why this is happening, but the dk version works every time and the mech version does not.
