    This one is simply impossible. A mage of such strength simply blasts through the mobs on inf2... at least when built and played properly. I don't think it can be much faster than that... and certainly a dwarf couldn't be faster than that on mobs, since he has to first place the turrets... and before he did it, the mobs are dead. I don't believe he would play with the q7 set and not activate the buff on the boss, too.

    what i want everybody to understand is that this is not a "he said, she said" type of thred, nor is it in any way related to gear. Imagine each class with noob city style gear. It's mathematics.

    A noob dwarf is able to acces at any time 300% of dmg without any help from any gear. His tourets are not only able to give a lot of damage they are also almost indesctructible. Too bad that DSO doesn't give us procentage of HP on summoned stuff, i could compare it mathematically.

    People might want to compare the tourrets with ranger explosives and i would like to point to the fact that a ranger can give 2 explosive if he choses the right ancient wisdom skill, tourrets give about 5 shots each before they dissapear. One other thing, by the time tourrets dissapear, dwarf has steam to sommon imediately new tourrets.

    Oh....and another thing, i don't know how well known this is....when 1 tourrets hit a target, they reduce cooldown for EVERY skill by 1 second. (if dwarf choses this skill) That means, that if he has 2 tourrest hiting targets succesfully he will have about 10 sec reduced from all cooldown. There is no skill like this on ranger.

    All of the above plus the range explained by trakilaki makes this game Dwarfensang.

    There was a lot of talk about balancing classes.
    They will not be able to balance player classes if we are protective with our own class. I play with mage and admit that spam fireball is a problem in PVP.
    At PVE, the magicians are ok on the map, but not at Boss. And especially at Sigri, Mortis and Heredur where they have 200% ice and lightning resistance. Compared to only 50% resistance to physical damage.

    In order to have balance, the player should be more important (the tactics that he\she uses) than the skill that moves according to programing with no interference from the player.
    You can summon tourrets and hide behind corners.
    Most succesful hits that a dwarf gives can be atributed to tourrets.

    This makes no sense.

    The difference between dwarf turrets and ranger wolfs, mage guardian is that dwarfs main dmg source is the turrets themself, while the guardian is work as a "guardian" to get agro, save time and do dmg and this is not main dmg source to the mage same as for rangers with wolfs..

    You dont even know what are you talking about.. the turrets has following aiming which means if you moove they shoot behind you, they cant predict where you go..

    DK, Mage, Ranger every one of them should be faster than a dwarf in map farm so i call this straight lies.
    The time to summon the turrets, after that 2x crit hit for turret buff.. than q7 buff?
    Oh come on a good mage do it with 1-2 frozensphere ,or a ranger with ticket of thorns net, EA..
    He not useing Q7 and the Q8 turrets outdmg you? My friend with Bloodrune set + 3,30 speed send 7 meteor on a boss.. Imagine how much dmg is that..
    Direct skill DMG sources are faster in map farm than a dwarf with turrets, and rocket Q7 buff..

    Thats again a weak point.
    With turrets dwarf do have bigger range IF you place it as far as you can, but since their Viewrange is ranged they wont shoot you after a certain range so you can just destroy the turrets while they just standing still and dont even aiming at you..
    If i can destroy other dwarf 1h turrets in pvp than you could do this too since you probably a mage..

    And lets not ignore the fact that mages in 1v1 agains a dwarf who deploy turrets they can just put meteor on turrets so they get 8 sec more dmg buff, than Mind controll-2x-3x teleport, frost nova stun.. Than when you use escape skill they just use frost wind on you and you getting stunned without escapeing.. top of that they still have the dmg buff so you going to die easily even with 60k hp since their 2h Q7 build with Frostsphere is just put you into the trashcan.

    Still makes no sense.

    Turrets has like 105% hp compared to the dwarf..

    You dont even know your own class?
    Rangers dont even need cooldown.. since you can also buy cooldown reducing runes etc..
    A ranger with Q7 buff + Net can trigger the net with 40% chance and top of that the net colldown time is 10 sec.
    While Dwarfs rocket has 30 sec cooldown. -5 from Q7 gloves..
    And even when you see a dwarf spamming this much on map with Q7 its not hard since in wisdom you can get more cooldown after each kills WHICH you also able to get with EACH class..

    I explained this already ,rangers dont need that.. or you want to use Q8 set for it too? :)
    Never will be "ballance" in this game since as you can see this guy who created the topic knows only that Q8 set has good cooldown, and with the "right" choose of skills..

    Another complainer from PVP : puke :
    This makes soo much better the dwarf agains the mobs really.
    And again here:

    Waiting for valid points other the plus range of the turrets.

    110% dmg on each tourret (2 tourrets) and 80% dmg from shot = 300% dmg

    As I stated...leave the gear out of the calculations....no gear....then you only have 2 explosives...that's it....2...not 10 like the tourrets.

    How can you ignore the sets?
    Is this should be your point for dwarfensang?

    So with your point of view should i be salty for a ranger who shoot a thicket of thorns to a huge group of mobs then one of the mob died than a huge poision explodes which deal 300% of poision dmg?

    Just care about your own class if something is really blatantly broken about dwarf as the oil slick was the devs will nerf it naturally as they did.

    That's for Beginners :D

    Pro Dwarfs use q7/q8 Kombination and q8 grants them up to 3times 110% for 2 turrets, additional the spamable heavy shot with 300% makes 960% Damage EACH Trigger.
    Q8 reducing cooldown, so they can contanously use that Rotation. ;):p

    Any question Open, why they are fastest at bosses.

    But... that is against one target only. Think FS with 350% explosion + 60% trail and mana regeneration per hit.
    That's your mistake. I have tested it lately and dwarf has indeed in PvP a higher range of QS and HS than fireball, EA, ice missle... literally every skill of ranger or mage. Rangers and mages have the same range as the turrets, so you have to do quite a great work of kiting to destroy the turrets...
    Once again, the sets (q7 which is broken and q8 which should decrease the dmg dealt by mechanical turrets per hit, like the SW sigris set) are the problem.

    I tested it right after the release, go for it and test it in 1v1 with dwarf Q7 weapon how much range you have. (less than everybody) in PVE too..
    If you use other 2h, cube weapon then ofc you has more range, but since they already said it its a bug"

    All of the things are only half valid since only not geared enough players play with 2h on pvp so .... ye with 1 h build in pvp your whole argument makes 0 sence since i have no q7

    Its not my problem that you dont have Q7 to counter it..
    You dont even need Q7 to use MC 2-3x teleport , stun-stun..

    Pro Dwarfs would use all that stuff to kill a single trash mob?
    In the same time a dwarf:
    - casts 2 mech turrets
    - hits the mobs 2 times with quick shot
    - cast rocket C14
    - spams Heavy shot

    A SW,RA,DK have casted 2 (no more than 2 but more likely just 1) mana spender to clean the trashes pack and the next one.
    Watch some end game player to realise it.

    I suppose ppl have yet to understand the game is all about how fast you clear the map and not how much DPS you have.
    Any other class with a single hit can clear a wave of mobs and noone cares how much DPS you could have because endgame (both PvE and PvP) is ALL about BURST DMG.

    I don't need the full DMG of any of my turrets basically NEVER.
    Against bosses, I need to recast them way before they end they lifetime because they are almost dead or the boss moved out of range, against trash mobs they die way before the lifetime ends.

    Dwarfs are probably the slowest class both @ clear PW and world maps just because the mechanic of their dmg building is the slowest out of the batch.

    What the h man im speaking about 1h pvp and then yoy cry that i dont have q7 to counter , hello stop with you BS excuse for arguments

    @Saved_81 that is being compensated by being the fastest at boss killing and lets be honest bosses are the most important now if you need good items and cores

    He is talking PvP and you are talking "monsters".
    No one gives a damn about PvE.

    Oh yes i was ... and the range was higher regardless of the equipment. As i previously said
    take the equipment out and it still exists.

    Excuse to you that i tell you that you can counter a 1H dwarf as a mage with Q7 set?
    Even if you dont have Q7 you can use any other 2 hand weapons AND even 1 hand weapons to play this tactic.. hard to understand what was my main point i see.. you just pick that you dont have Q7 to counter it. It will definitelly will make you 100% right to say that what i told you is BS.
    I dont see a reason to continue this "argument" with you.

    In any full map farm you will defeat the boss so you get just as much drop as a dwarf in solo. Fast in map - Fast in Bossfights everyone loose time either way on one of theese.

    So you still continue with the samne thing again , over and over again. Then ill say again im speaking about 1h mage vs 1h dwarfs stop talking abou q7 i have but thats not the point it seems taht its the only thing in your mind.
    Even if i use it a good dwarf will constantly atack me and when he sees that i use q7 he will just jump off and deactivate the turret o kill me while changing gear,,,,,,,,,,,

    He is talking about Q7 in PvE. Q7 in PvP for dwarfs is useless.
    Speak for yourself, the majority of the players of this game cares more of PvE than PvP.

    Time to close yet another pointless thread.
    Before closing the thread, I have to dismiss a false claim.
    It is quite contrary.
    All facts, data, polls, surveys, analysis are clearly showing up, the players care for PvP very much.
