    ive looked through all the tutorials (and possibly missed the reference to it) but what IS it, and WHY is it, and does it help your character advance if you dye items? Or is this just a cosmetic thing...

    Hi @tillytoo , yes, it is just a "cosmetic thing" to make your character look prettier and unique. ;)
