Enchanted Items?

    I have been looking about these new "Enchanted items" all over. But there is no information other than 2 lines of text in the patch notes that say enchanted items can be obtained in the parallel worlds and can have their own design. My character in the test server is nowhere near the lvls required for the pws, so I can't find this information by myself.
    But it really interests me on how those items are going to work, is it that they will get an extra stat like elemental damage and resistance and change their design depending on the element? some information would be really appreciated.

    I have found a body armor with +5.2% to damage and it increased my total base damage by +5.2% and that was really good.
