Enchantements percentage transfer question

    Hi. I found an item lv 46 with a golden enchantement(100%)that gives 39,04% speed on item. If i put this enchantement on an item of level 145 it remains 39,04% or it mantains percentage of 100% that should be about 42% speed?

    It keeps the enchants of the lvl46 (so 39,04%) no matter on what item level you put it. (lvl145 is about 47,1% at 100% btw)
