enhance items enchantments

    i have seen this in other games and i think it would be very useful here,
    the idea is to implement a mechanism to make already crafted items better to not having to craft a completly new one..

    for example, you craft a 34% increased damage torso but you want a better one (39%) so instead of reverting it you could accept that one and then upgrade damage lines so you would eventually and after some enhacements get that 39% increased damage, or a 290% increased damage weapon and then you make it to 305% (would need several enhacements)

    it could cost gold or andermants or some new thing given in events and could have some chance to fail
