Error Code:23, Still a Problem?

Hello. I can't login today due to error code 23. I tried both browser and client. Tried logging out then logging in but right after i select a character in Character Selection screen, the loading bar loads halfway then says error code 23. Please Help.

Please use Task Manager to shut down all instances of "drakensang online.exe”, then clear your cookies, i-net cache and DSOClient temp folder. Then perform an IP-config/DNS flush (instructions for all this are in the Forum's Tech FAQ). After that, you should be able to access DSO via the client and via Firefox. If you want to play DSO in Chrome, you need to read the Official Announcement about Chrome.

 

There seems to be a new angle to the problem. I asked a friend of mine to check I am being shown online. Seems like the character I was playing in before DSOClient crashed is being shown online even after 2-3 hrs since. Also Now it seems If i try to switch to another character from Character selection screen, error code 23 is being shown. While if I try to play the same character the crash happened in, the bar loads till full then "All Connection attempts have failed" shown up.

 

Ok. Try logging into Durrendal again now. If you still get Error 23, please send in a ticket to Support and include a link to this thread and state what you have attempted so far.

 

After doing all of the steps above, the problem still persists. Error 23. Already sent ticket to support. They haven't been able to solve it yet.
Reuesting not to close this thread as so we can see if this problem is happening for others as well.

Guys, i was hoping to get some data on this new bug/quirk I am facing.
Try this.
IN TEGAN SERVER
GO to Werian Sanctuary then try to change region by going through the silfmoor door. The SILFMOORE DOOR ONLY.
Please tell me the results.
I keep getting error code 23 and unability to connect.

I'm having the same issue on the Tegan server- last night I logged in to do the dailies for my characters. Everything was fine until I got on with my knight, traveled from the Wild Forest to enter Silfmoor, when I tried to get into Silf, the screen went dark and no load. Since then I can't log into the game- I can select a character, if I select anyone other than the knight it gives me Error Code 23, player already logged in.

I can get on and play on another server but obviously I have no intention of starting all over again. Please help! I submitted a ticket

 

I guess it is a server side issue (otherwise you would have solved it easily) and you will have to wait for Monday.
Funny they don't work in weekends and holidays ...

 

I just hope they compensate us about the DQ and tablet frags for event. I'd like atleast the 2h Wep for my DK. Crappy, but still better than the one i have.
