download the file and extract it into your DSOClient folder in C:\Users\"Your_Username"\AppData\Local\Temp\DSOClient
"Your_Username" is your Windows username

 

extract....how do i do that?

 

The file is archived .rar you need to right click on it and select "extract files" or "extract here" from the menu.
To make it less painful ... select the second option "extract here" ... then copy the extracted file and paste it in the DSOClient folder
