Error: Failed to download a critical file

    Hello,

    Is this the place where I submit a ticket?

    If so, I have been getting this error message quite a bit, but usually works after I close the game and re-open it. However, since yesterday, I have not been able to enter the game. Every time I reopen the game, this error message shows up.

    I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
    -Delete the DSO temp files
    -Reinstall the game

    Please let me know if there are other steps that I can take to fix the issue.

    hello, you have to send a ticket to the support. I had the same problem yesterday and haven't had it for a few hours.

    Try " www.drakensang.com " This should log you into the web page, ( Not the game). At the top of that page will be a link to support.
