    Muhaha. Forking problem means that hardware is missing capacity to run new process.

    Frankly BP and their servers are crappy piece of EDIT.
    Any hotfix is not possible. This is obviously a capacity problem.
    Give them some servers.
    It seems that they are poor and can't afford them.
    The same problem as in Winter Event
