Exp bug in dragan event.

    Dear sir,
    It is very urgent to notice my problem, i am suffering lot of exp bug since drgan event started.

    Again i am here, this is my 4th ticket to you, but i problem still not fixed. i am very disappointed with this service. you ask me to send the ticket again while login to game. i am log into game right now. Matter is that 3days after dragan event start i was attacked by experience bug. i was level 25 , was in a group and was in hard map in dragan event.

    i was 5 exp. bars away from getting level 26 but all sudden i bugged and my level directly goes to level 45. This happened 1 day before 1st mini event stat. because of this bug my game is going pissed. i am unable to kill monsters now because monster are level 45 now but my all equipments are same as i was level 25.

    so result that i can not complete mini events and can not kill dragan. when you give a auto reply on my email, i send you a photo of my items showing their required level as a proof that i am true and not claiming wrong. i did lot of efforts to make my character strong but now all my efforts vanished because of this bug. please listen to me, i really need help, i need my level 25 back please. i don't know what to do. i am hopeless now. my all effort gone. i am hoping this time you help me and bring my level (25) back.

    yes i saw this Official statement regarding the XP bug , and i send them tickets there 2 times but still no replies, but one player form my sever leveled same time with me he got his level back.

    All the forum mods can do is just refer you to support. For this issue, i think support is higher up the totem pole.

    sorry mate,all you can do is keep writing to support, 1 ticket at a time and wait a few days for a reply,sending multiple tickets will slow down the process. good luck!

    i already send 4 tickets to support but not noticed by them yet that's why i decided to post here. hope they will fix my issue soon.

    Yeah, that was a mistake and is probably what is slowing it down. Send 1 ticket in next time.

    i know bro. but its being 7-8 days already laps since i write to support but still no answer. i am getting ignored. :(:(:(:(

    try copy and paste some of the info in the official statement on xp bug to your support ticket,that always helps me.

    From the release date of the Return of Dragan event on the 15th until the release of the hotfix for release 157 on the 21st, a number of players were affected by a bug that granted exponential XP gain while playing the event. As a result of which, some of you leveled up in an extreme way in a matter of seconds.

    Ravi,
    Don't respond to auto mail you received from dso. Respond only to the email that a person response to. Unfortunately, it's weekend now so you have to wait until Monday.

    If you have submitted a ticket to support, please wait for a response from the support team to your email, and reply to it. We cannot help you here on the forums.
