  1. Dear heroes of Dracania,

We would like to communicate that with our latest game patch we have brought the last exploiting episode to a conclusion. We would like to share with you the steps taken as it’s only fair for this community overall. Let us reassure you that the DSO team does not endorse whatsoever the abuse of exploits or any other unduly mechanics that grant unfair advantages over other players. This is clearly against Big Point’s Terms of Service and we take these issues seriously.

What does this mean in this particular case? On top of the hundreds of perma-banned accounts (which will remain that way), we are keeping temporal bans of different durations on thousands of accounts, each temporal bans is matching the gravity of the exploit. On top of those temporal embargos, we have proceeded to remove all gems (excluding those obtained via previous events) of all types from their inventories and equipment slots, with no exception. This action is irreversible and effective as of now. If any of these accounts is found again in an exploitative behavior, we will take them out of the game indefinitely. We remain vigilant and will continue to watch and monitor the lands of Dracania.

The team remains committed not only to support DSO but also to back the community surrounding it.

We thank you all for your patience and understanding during this process. It’s with supportive communities like this one that we can keep on improving and bringing you the best DSO experience.

    Kind regards,

    Your Drakensang Online team
