    Our client no longer support login through Facebook, therefore it will be impossible for you to access the game with those credentials.

    In order to retrieve your credentials without using Facebook, please follow these steps:
    • Visit our official website and login with your Facebook account: https://www.drakensang.com/en
    • Click on the menu in the top-right corner and select Connect Facebook from the dropdown.
    • Enter a new username, email address, and password.
    • Check your email inbox for a verification message from us.
    • Click the link in the email to confirm your account.
    • Use the new username and password to log in via the game client.

    This workaround will allow you to seamlessly access your account and continue playing until the Client core update is implemented.

    If by any reason you don't receive the verification message, or the link doesn't work, please contact our Customer Support.
