Failed to login

can someone help me, i cant login my character it always said that "all connection attempts have failed. but when i try other account the character can log in easily. please help me i think my character stuck in the game that's why i cant login it . I need to do the event...

Dont worry most have same error. Admins are working on it but they can do it just as fast as they can. Im sure they gonna resolve problem. And if i may ask what lvl is you char ?

 

Hello today at morning i get same problem its going still same for about 6 hours now. I think that bp should reset servers so all accounts that have same problem will get log off from the game and itll take couple minutes, so ppl can play and they can be working on the problem that is in the game since event Defeat undefeatable.

If position of event is critical for you i may have time later to help you with my lvl 43 archer.

 

Yah, that's also what i think, they should reset the server and they should also send freebies for the players who stuck in the game because we have disadvantage to other players who can login and play the game, or they can just extend the event time for us. It happens only on Heredur as much as i know other servers are totaly free to play on and works fine. If they reset all because of this one they risk with loosing alot of players just because of this one reset. I understand that it is fustraiting not to know when the server is gonna be back. It is same for me i work on my lvl 17 archer around 10-14h a day to get it competetive in pvp and strong in pve and al this time lost cost us the game time and them money and alot of time of fixing.

 

Hi again. I don't know if there is another thread like this but I will go ahead and make this one to see if anyone else is having the same problem as me.

Okay so when I try to log into my main character i get the "All connection attempts failed" message and get the option to retry, which doesn't work. I can log in on other servers but when I tried to log in to my other character on my main server I get the error message 23. And on my main character i get "all connection attempts failed". I have reinstalled the game, flushed the DSN, cleared the temp files and restarted the router, tried to add drakensang as an exeption in the firewall. None of wich helped. Hell, I even reinstalled Windows without any result. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? My friend who lives quite close to me could play it perfectly fine so im wondering what the problem might be. Thanks

Why there's is no any moderator or support group helping us, or just say something about this bug so that we know if we will wait too long or not. Our characters will be login soon or not? JUST SAY SOMETHING </3

 

Other than this

we cannot do anything else.
We can only report the issue and pass it on, which we already did, the rest is up to their tech team. We are also monitoring your reports frequently.
It is not a bug it's a server issue.
When will it be fixed? We don't know.

Yesterday I logged in and I had a clover so I started with pvp, I got a white screen and was still online! I had an error 23, in the afternoon the error was still there. I could not play anymore because I had to leave! So i lose ander and my clover !!
Today I want to login and I have a white screen back!!

 

this white-screen nuisance is becoming a real pain in the neck. every morning the same. you can log in OK, travel to Kingshill and thats it - white-screen, wait 1 or 2 hours and then try again....maybe one is lucky later....

The problem has its origin in kingshill, in the morning. Too many players connected on the same map. Few servers for Heredur.
