Family friendly premium or drop modifier

    I like to play DSO but I can not afford to play more than 2-3 hours a day because of my family. We have 3 kids and I also have to work and other players have huge advantage (for ex. during school holidays 18hours farming, or adult unemployed or single players) because of their life situation.

    If there would be a family premium (pay with mastercard) or drop modofier like ammon glass which could be bought by andermants.


    The family premium could double the drop and also uniq droprate for a certain amuont of time, daily 3 hours or 90 hours/month maybe also with pause function in case of pvp / breaks.

    The drop modifier could last for an hour an 3 could be bought daily.

    Personally I already have problems because of the long play times and this option could help to bring balance in game and also in life. (happy families, less angry wifes, less bored kids worldwide)

    This could mean more income for Bigpoint and so they could have more Colleagues who could work more effectively (for ex. on bug fixes :D :D )

    Basically a powerful premium that only works for a few hours a day. Well, i would agree if the function is not "too" powerful.

    One problem is that if a user doesn't get a drop of a unique, they will feel like they were cheated, but if you get a unique every time they use this, then it is too powerful. It will take a lot of thought so that this could be done in a balanced manner.

    I guess this idea might be OK if properly and carefully implemented.

    If someone wanted to pay for a slightly higher drop rate on uniques, that might be OK. It should not guarantee a drop, though. Maybe it would double the chance (from a 1% chance to a 2% chance, for example). That could work, I guess.

    I think the thing that makes the most sense, though, for unique drops (for P2P and F2P alike) is to have the drop chance increase a very small amount every time you defeat the boss. Say, 0.001% (500 kills = 0.5% higher drop chance for kill #501), or whatever would be appropriate. This seems fair, as the more work you put in the (slightly) higher your chances would be to get the unique.
