Farming 40-45 Help

Hi I'm Haragoshima and I waiting until the patch 151 ( which decreases time to level to 40-45 in half ) came out until I started playing again. Also my laptop broke when I notice the patch so that was a good way not to get on either. Enough Jibberjabber though. My main question is for everybody who has played after the release and are grinding for more quest. Which place should I grind to get the most Exp after this patch and do the monsters give me Exp. I am level 40 DK and I still am working on map1 if I get the right people to help me since my character is on the low side. So best place to grind Exp after patch for a level 40 DK is my question. I am leveling many characters frequently ... ATM I have level 39 SW and level 43 SW.
If I were you ... I would farm XP on Gorga (normal) until level 41 or level 42 maybe. Leave all the quests for later. While your character is between level 40-42 you can take the most of the XP that Gorga is giving. There are bad and good sides of this method of leveling:
- the bad thing is ... it can be monotonous and boring.
- the good : it is very fast, you can get +2 experience points (thus more damage and health) which will help you solving the later quests faster, you can farm for better equipment if you don't have it already.

If you can't solo Gorga look for other players ... but make sure they are no more than 1 level above yours.
When you reach level 41-42 start doing the quests ....
Eventually you will have to farm the Thunder Crest ... at some point when you are level 43-44 and you have no more quests left ... farm only the commanders in the upper area.

This way you can get to level 45 in few days of intermediate playing.

Just note that only monsters in Myrdosch give boosted XP with R151. Do as trakilaki said, and you'll be ready to move on, past Atlantis. You should be able to find a group for regular Gorga quite easily and do some fast runs. One other idea I'd like to put forward, since you mentioned M1, is that I do PWs instead of XP farming after I've finished storyline quests for my level and need to get to the next to get more, so you can do that too if you don't want to just put Ammon on hold while you're leveling up.
