    I think this strength is purely based on damage. People get so much of it because gems allow you to fill in all the armor and resist you would otherwise need from items so everyones late game items are pure offense and it works. No need for tanks to do that or anything.

    Hence why I said CC doesnt matter that much.

    Also, getting 0,5s cdr per crit on arena wouldnt matter much with current singu - this would be Q8 set buff (that is well deserved and long overdue).
