floor clear reward [fractured planes]

    How are you supposed to collect the "first clear reward" from Fractured Planes? It apparently isn't just clearing the floor, because I've completed up to floor seven and I don't appear to be getting anything from it.

    You need select on portal window last finished/cleared floor, after that, click "claim rewards" button on left side, otherwise it is hidden. :)
