It has been posted here and there, but in pieces.
I post it here, because it is very important. (My eyes hurt after few hours, i used to play 8h a day.)

    1) TEXT SIZE IS SMALL.
    Problems seeing stuff like...
    jewels, price, glyphs, durability.
    2) TEXT SIZES VARY TOO MUCH
Because other ones are too big...which makes it harder to refocus.

The game is great. But seriously sit down with your team. What is the goal? What is important? Who is the game for?

For me, and I think I speak for many players, you don't have to make Release every 2 weeks. Make it 3.

But please don't add bugs. I am a software developer myself and ffs noone noticed the font? Noone noticed that comparing tool is pretty much useless and jumps all over the place. Why do you have a test server?!?!
Players said we want compare tool if we can see the effect on all our stats if it counts in jewels. 5-9 sword is better with +40 rubies -> (49-49) then 15-19 one. But it isn't? Comparing tool should give me good data. Now it's plane wrong. I can put 2 items sideways and say, oh look this one has more speed, this one more dmg...

Please take 1 week extra, but deliver good product.
There are many good and dedicated players, a lot have donated here and there. Don't break our enthusiasm for the game.

Bugs like quest clearup, happens. But when you add new featers, you have so much control over it. And delivering lousy code is not an option, seriously...

One extra week per release isn't going to help this team. As a general rule I try not to be negative, but over three years of experience has made me decide that they are hopeless and that this opinion is justified. In the first year, they had a good team. Now, not good at all.

There are crippling bugs that have been hanging around for months, but the community manager says "we are working hard on bug fixes" and "bugs are being crushed faster than new ones appear". Yeah, right

    No team is bad.

They just need to have few beers and some serious conversation.
    Hire some people. Fire others.

Good game, good product. There are good programmers out there.

Like Multi-Sev said, a week more won´t help.

As far is i have noticed, the situation of bugs is just as bad as last year. So much less content, yet still annoying bugs all the time.

I have completely given up on the Devs.
But i would like to hear the devs about something, what do they think of their own efforts? Do they really think they are doing a great job?

Maybe someone higher-up is telling them they are. Maybe they want this game to be a tax write-off? :D

Well if they fire some members and hire others... it isn't the same team then is it? If they did that, then yes I agree the team could get better... maybe even good. As it stands now, this team is bad. No one who has played this game since the beta has disagreed with that. During the beta, and slightly after, the team they had was decent - maybe even good. Now, not at all.

"You are doing a great job guys! We can have this game ruined in a few more weeks! Keep up the good work!"
    :D

    Btw, to the Team:

When people post a lot of hate-mail. They don't hate you, they are just very passionate about the game and would like things to go better!

That's true. We would like things to improve. I wouldn't call it "hate mail", though. I don't hate anyone. I just call things as I see them. Right now, and over the past year, things look - and have been - very bleak: and my posts have reflected that. If/when honesty is no longer desired I can stop posting here. Just let me know and I'll take the shortcut off my browser bar.

I really don't blame the devs. My opinion is that the problem lies in this hamster wheel they are trapped in called the "Release Cycle." This game is now well developed with plenty of content. The whole concept of having to add new content on a specific timetable is no longer necessary.

Look at the new content in this release. How does this impact the game whether it was released this week, the next or even a month from now? They need to simply flip the current system. Instead of the content being tied to the priority of the calender; the calender should be tied to the significance of the content. In between releases they could still do hotfixes to address bugs in the current content.

Anyway, back to the topic... Yes the fonts are all over the place. I was farsighted to begin with and now that i have aged into retirement I can barely read the stuff on an item with a few mods (purple) and a few slots. On a white item with no slots I can read the info from my kitchen

Instead of the font being scaled to the size of the box they need one font size with box scaled to it.

    Luck be with ye,
    Mikey,
    Tegan
