    Tell them to type /leave
    It usually fixes these problems.

That's not the problem he's describing. He's trying to get the phoenix, or other bonus, for inviting friends to play the game.

My only advice to the OP is that if your "friends" use the same IP address as you, you won't be able to get any bonuses from them. This is to prevent the obvious creation of "friend" email addresses from your computer. If that's not the case, and your friends are on different IP addresses from you, then you may need to seek help from support.

    No, that is incorrect .
IP address can't be used for that purpose, as there could be several people that have same IP Address but in fact they does not even know each other.
Also email have only basic information of sender ... like username. Giving info to third party is punishable by law.
BP can only see IP address of the persons who play the game at their servers.

However ... this is not the case.
This is only pure bug. Invitation email that users receive does not work correctly.
I have a friend of mine and I offered him help to level 1 character to level 15 under his invitation. I have received his mail, registered at DSO web and leveled to 15. Yet he said the system does not count that character at all. And this friend of mine is living in different country.

Also I know from experience that system counts only the first character at same account. If I create account and 1 character, I have to play that character to level 15. If I create character and leave it at level <15... and then create another character ... and I play the second character to level 15, the system will not reward you .

the real problem is maybe you didn't give the needed link for friends so when they register it is counted as your +1.

I work in pc center consider them also....

Ahh, ok. In that case, try not using DSO's invitation service. Instead, copy and paste the link that can be found like this:

Ah, ok, since I never tried for these bonuses I didn't know they can't restrict by I.P. address. So that information was in error. But it looks like you guys have provided some useful info to the original poster. +1.

There was a post in the old forum where a guy linked an image showing 15 characters named something like char1, char2, char3... on level 15 and insisted on his friend bonus. I think that one of the mods told him that IPs (besides names) confirmed that he made all the chars, and he didn't get the bonus.
On a side note, some people have dynamic IP address which means that their router gets a random-ish one from the provider when it powers on. It is a different address each time so power off/on effectively changes their IP. Or the IP can be spoofed to say "not my IP". Anyway, IP checks don't do much as far as protection goes.
