    Hi all. The first thing I want to say is that I am Spanish and I don't speak English, so right now I am using Google Translate. The game does not work, I cannot connect, and because of this error (which is not mine ...) I am going to lose chained daily connections. This is the message that appears:

    I have uninstalled the game, I have deleted all the temporary files in the %temp% folder, but still can't play. What is happening? Thank you.

    Try downloading IE11 (if you don't have), installing java (if you don't have it) or updating it, and then launching the game through IE11.

    Aside of that, it looks like it's caused by Windows, which is thinking you're running a virus.

    If the client doesn't work after launching the game through IE11 once, you can keep playing in IE11 or add the thinclient.exe as an exception to the Windows DEP.
