After the last patch (the special offers one) my game is freezing randomly for 2 - 5 s and then it back to normal. This keep happening over and over again and i dont know what to do. I've already try other games and they are running normal without freezes. My hardware configs are:
    - 8gb ram dd4
    - amd rx480 8gb
    - i5 gen 7
    - z170m-plus/br
    - win 10 pro

I've already try to clean up cache, fresh install and even formating windows.

sometimes when the game have to download some missing file it take too long to connect to the server to get the file and it freezes until the file is downloaded

what i do i to keep an updated backup of the game folder in case temporary files get cleared, still some new or modified files will download on new updates and you will get a few freezes but its minimum compared to having to download all files again

    it has changed somehow
and actually it never did that before r214
r214 seems to keep wanting to download sometimes daily
if it did do that before r214 you can just go to settings and make windows not delete temp files
    this new thing though
mid game your game freezes and you close it and run it again files need to download again.
    Edit
This problem also only seems to be on windows 10
I have DSO on my windows 7 work laptop too and there doesnt seem to be any issues (on work laptop have not needed to redownload mid game ever since update)
I have opted to delete temp folder uninstall and am re-installing again to see if this problem persists.
