game lag after winter event

I had a 50% chance of getting stuck in this loading screen ONLY on kingshill before winter event
After 2nd mini event started the 50% chance got even worse like up to 90% its happening now as a result i have to close the game and open in 3+ times to load correctly. the issue got even worse and has spread to other maps too when i join dungeons now monsters are invisible my group is also standing still and i can't see what they are doing.
i have tried reinstalling 5 times,deleting dso file with %temp% but still the issue remains
If anyone can help i would i appreciate it, sent crash report to support too

 

If the problem has remained even after uninstalling and deleting temporary devices, I think of two things:
- the problem is totally server-dependent
- there are communication problems between your connection and the server

Sometimes these kinds of problems disappear after a while.

 

You can also try to reboot you router, the client do alot of small connection over and over when switch map.
and it may end up in use of to many ports if some how u client do not tell the other end it done.
