    Calm down, man. It is just a change in the description.:D
    On Live Servers, Speed Frenzy changes Adrenaline effect from bein +40% movemente speed for 4 sec, to +60% for 5 secs.
    On TS it says that it adds 20% movement speed and now adrenaline lasts 5 secs, so in the end, by selecting Speed Frenzy you'll still have 60% increased movement speed for 5 seconds.

    It is great that You have increased the damage of Frozen Sphere and also made Frozen Sphere can be fired on cursor. This was a much needed buff to SW.

    I also suggest SW gets a direct heal for a reasonable cost of Mana. After all, they are Spell casters and why can't they have a healing Spell? Since they also have the lowest amount of HP, it only makes sense for them to have a healing spell.

    This is my suggestion: Cost 20 Mana, Heals 50% of Life immediately with a 30 second cooldown. (The cooldown is to prevent abuse in both PvE and PvP)

    I am not sure what to say about Dwarfs though. It seems to me like they have been buffed way too much. Not only that now they will have almost the same damage from Machine Guns but they can also Crit now. I fear that they will be able to do 4 times more Damage than they do now with the changes (When they hit 4.0x+ Crit Damage and 80% Crit Rate like players from other classes). And even though the speed factor was removed from Machine guns as an additional damage buff, I still assume the Machine guns will now hit faster when you have more speed. I don't have a Dwarf in Test server to test this. But, I fear that Dwarves will dominate PvE and PvP by a large margin in the coming months.

    About DKs, as some other players have also pointed out above, Removing the 5 point talent from banner was not really needed to nerf PvP DKs. DKs almost never use Banner in a PvP match because it is so easy to avoid. Banner is used exclusively in PvE. The banner provided DKs with a good way to do some fast damage to a boss getting less damage when combined with the Stone Skin. This is very important for a DK as DKs must face the melee hits from a Boss. Without this it will be very difficult for DKs to kill bosses. That 35% Speed is very important for a DK to have in PvE boss fights and I consider it as an unnecessary huge nerf.

    Seriously? They already have healing ability and on top of it now they have highest base damage of all classes.
    Are you for real? Banner's purpose is not to make you avoid entering inside but to boost up the caster. Everyone is using it in PvP when needing a boost.
    Have you even tried playing on TS?
    Bombs are now exploding multiple times ... you can make a shower of explosions very hard to avoid especially when you have turrets in front and a midget shooting at you with a RPG launcher.

    Glad to see the latest changes. Mages can't possibly unhappy now that they've got that insane ice sphere maneuverability. I hope there will be slightly more focus on the ranger changes, and DKs banner should probably be reverted due to the way it's used for boss fights.

    Why they have to kill the Blood Rune built dwarfs?

    I agree they can remove the speed multiplier, but then change the Blood Rune set bonuses to do speed multiplier insted of killing the set for dwarfs..

    Be honest who would build still to Blood Rune after this when speed doesent affect on the turrets?
    No one, every single dwarf will build to Q7 set cause after the patch you will succes so much more..
    They staright up kills the variety of the builts..

    So long story short..
    They should remake the Blood Rune set which will give u the speed multiplier, so if someone still wants to play without crit they chould and if someone wants to play with crit, they loose the speed multiplier.. thats fair i think..

    If you want to be dealinga a lot of the dps like other clases you must use crit since it is the highest for of dps. Other calases have a chance i repeat a chance to crit while dwarfs ( some of them didnt ) but were diealing consistent and high dmg which meant they didnt need to craft rings + amulet. Now you will deal same if nbot more dmg but you will rely on crit like other ppl do. Crafting and amulet + rings for me cost me 40k plus gold... with that gold i could have crafted a 1h build .

    Second : bllodrune set is supposed to be the noob set before the parralel worlds set. Its easier to obtain so why giving you so much dps sp easy , but instead male youi work for it but in exchange you will deal even mor dps , so for me its fair trade

    What are those sentinels chests?

    Are they making the q4 set more useful for all the other classes or it'll only be used just by mages and occasionally warriors?

    To get the same result with scream, War should spend 300 rage and wait 25 seconds.
    Obviously, it would be too strong.

    About war:

    I can "live" with every change, but change the last talent of Banner.
    Currently, it's useless. It has an effect similar to "Outburst", but it is not a spammable ability. It is useless, for many reasons.
    Return 35% bonus speed, or change "for each enemy killed" in "for each critical hit". ;)
    Without this change, it will have only 1 useful talent on 3 ...

    i think they want to treat wisdom like materi fragments, i dont think it will be that hard to farm those books

    game files are stored in your %temp% folder (you can open that location on your windows explorer)

    what i do is having 2 DSOClient folders, like this:

    DSOClient (normal server, rename when using test server folder)
    DSOClient- (test server, remove the dash when you want to join the stablebuild)

    and to avoid having to download the game again you can copy that folders to somewhere else as backup and restore them when your files are deleted

    Why dont they make the buff to apply to all group memebers ? i dont know for you but woild like it, it will make tanks ti be worth in the groups , because in his current state tank on 2h is way more desireable than 1 h since the 1h only uses agro and nothing else ( and in return it inc the hp of the mobs. ) but the banner change can change the things around that.

    So changing the wisdom system from 55 to 3175 or whatever it ends up being helps game play how?

    Now of course this could have been simple and upped from 55 to 100 or 200 easily, but DSO doesn't like simple. So they end up looking at the popular games, poorly copy various features not understanding why and then poorly implement them into this game.

    If they bothered to take 1 second to ask themselves how any change might encourage more game play or attract new players to the game, the changes could be simple.

    This is now the 3rd nerf in two years. Not exactly encouraging more game play nor does it encourage new players to sign up.

    I'm all for adding more wisdom, but changing the whole process only to make it more complicated is just ridiculous and does not improve game play in the slightest.

    It's like charging us to reset the skills. Why? How does this improve the game experience for anyone?

    For the most part when the big popular games expand, they add to the content, they add to the characters, they add more features that improve the experience. This is why they have millions of players.

    What they do not do is constantly promise things that never happen. How many years ago did we hear about a new character? How many years did it take to get a bag for items?

    It is very easy to see that this update is geared totally to make money, and that's okay, but the way that they are going about it will only shrink the player base again for no other reason than they have no idea on how to actually improve the game experience.

    3 nerfs isn't too bad considering the countless buffs. It's totally understandable that you think your hard work gets undermined, but characters got too strong over time, and this is probably the best way to mask that overall nerf to maxed characters without increasing level cap and using that to remove overpowered lower level items. The nerf brings along a vision to the promised land, being the time when your wisdom is maxed again. The point I'm trying to make is that when BP makes things too strong, instead of ever taking it from players, they change other stuff to undermine the strength of it.

    Thoughts?

    OI OI now now hold your horses. i did test new wisdom with gear wich test server script gave us.
    i opened som kobold room but meh and 40k ander went to yesters and ofc that casino is still same weak money lure place. there will be in game time when this going to be big issue when game will be getting big lawsuit..

    anyway new wisdom tree BIG THUMBS UP very great work didnt see any issues there. like all new content relases people need to get used to it. cry babys who tell "we need to spend money on it" can you just grow up a little. are you eating your bread without butter and sausage ? you can yes buy them if you want. you knw yourself you need to see som hard work to acumulate points by playing like rest of us or pay to get them. yes they will put wisdom on shops anyway. not big deal even if its going to be rewards on events either. those wisdom points are worth it.


    group play multiplier or whatever anywone call it.. this should be reworked bit area of multiplyer for whole group is kinda low

    and this new [EDIT] thing. aint nobody got time for that pickaxe thing.. lower times of picking it .. i already feel that with new wisdom tree .. game going to be more fun and fast paced gameplay..

    didnt see anything special wich intrest me. only gameplay..a and and ofc issue comes with lagging now with new visual effects. game eats my pc laggy side worser than metro 3022. still metro runs better than drakensang :p

    good good good pvp free from wisdom. finaly gear can be reworked bit for pvp.



    now give me exact date aprox when this new wisdom and rest of weird content comes to live.


    again i aplaud big time for this new content. :p

    Ok after playing a little with the new wisdom system i have to say a few things. First it will be really bad when it hits the live servers and we have low wisdom BUT once we get half or more of the maximum we will get more stats than the current ones. I dont like one thing and that is the mana thing nerf . But since now i can use it with the dmg and speed upgrades its whatever :D ( permanent + 20 for my mana build ). The buffs are really good but i think only the ones that give the most stats should cost 50. Afterall its supposed to be a small empowerment not a reason to spend all of our gold there.

    For 1 run on q1 map 1 i got like 3 or 4 drops which to be hones aint a lot .

    About the changes on frozen sphere this is really good and the spell feels so strangely satisfying to use now :D but i also makes the mage what he is supposed to be a long range fighter rather than close combat with low hp, so now the low hp is compensated from the range thanks devs.
    About the lightning upgrade its ok and bad at the same time. It deals dmg ye but since it works similarly to the dragan weapon its kinda strange. Its supposed to be a small bonus dmg but it should work with q4 . This is good only for bosses and if the boss is stationary. The dmg is perfect but since its 3 sec after the lightning it kinda dosnt live up to the expectations. It should either 1 it cast while casting the lightning so we dont wait 3 sec after the lightning or the wating time should be 2 sec.
    Reasoning for this statement: the q4 set is mainly ussed for the 50 inc dmg but if you throw all your lightnings at the same time ( like me 4 ) then even after the small explosion casts i have only 1 lightning to cast only to keep the buff active. But why not use magic missle and then throw 1 chain lightning and then spam the lightning ? the 3 sec kinda kill the purpose of the 5 points to keep the electrified debuff.



    Conclusion: the cahnges are rally good, i like them.Regarding wisdom and mage thumbs up. For tank the reason why they removed the banner speed is probably becuse they want to make him good for groups by giving him damage buff for solo , but speed for group play ( i would like to see both active at the same time for the group members)

    P.s Fungnuts one thing mate : chill, because with the new FS range mages are really god especially vs khalys or Grimmag + in groups . I dont know if you use q4 or q7 but for me this change fixes a lot . About the dmg of the classes ye EA is 500 but without q7 they cant spam it while mages get atleast 3 so 2x 500 vs 3 x350 so we get the edge. Dk is not that bustet as you say, but the only advantage is the big amount of hp thats all nothing else interms of 2 h pve .

    That was done because DKs are supposed to be the least offensive, so I understand it... I don't like it, but I understand it and I don't see why they should change it.
    The better way to do this is to revert it to the original style and give us back temporary stun immunity after any stun (3-4 seconds would be fair) in both PvP and PvE
    Unless the timer is removed from the presets, this is not a welcomed change. How are we to make use of the presets when most PW maps are shorter than the initial cool down?

    Baragain i think you are thinking of it wrong. Your dmg on the live servers wont drop since you are not changed , so you wont get nerfed, just unchanged

    I have no problems vs those bosses..i can easily kill them without essence even on inf3 xD..static bosses are ok vs SWs..the ones that move are the problem because u always have to reposition aswell.Always being on the move = lost time/missed shots...a class that stands still and attack continuously will kill a boss faster than u if u always have to be on the lookout for the best place where to attack from.Ill bet a cookie that despite mages having the highest base dmg overall after the patch and this "huge" increase in dmg for ice sphere, the DKs and even dwarfs/rangers will still be faster than them when it comes to boss runs.This was going for the past 2 years if im not mistaking so wheres the balance here because i fail to see it..

    It looks like BP really tries to rebalance the classes indeed, they gave them mages the highest base dmg since they have the weakest hp and def ( thank god for that..only took 6-7 years since u guys from BP realised that weakest def class should have the best ofense to compensate) but the changes so far are only OK in my books.In terms of PvP, 1handed builds are still dead, in terms of PvE you wont be the best dmg dealer ingame despite not having the best defense in game either.So what changed ?

    Yes the frozen sphere does a bit of extra dmg, the range is a bit bigger...Is that really something to be bragging about? Sure its something better (than before) but still a useless change (the difference will be insignificant before what we had and this frozen sphere remastered) and wont be able to compete with crit dmg dwarfs or rangers EA still or even warriors in terms of PvE.


    So overall...the SWs still have the the weakest defense and hp (even lower after patch 208), they will however gain a little dmg boost that wont cover the fact that they always have to run around and attack (which spells time lost/missed shots/wasted essences/pots/ander) , their 1hand build(s) available are still useless because the mana cost vs the dmg dealt is efficient as hell...

    Whats this patch 208 supposed to rebalance again? Because it looks like nothing was really changed when it comes to mages.

    Hehe ... lets not start it again :D ... we both have same healing ability = almost none. Kill with DB or MM and heal. But the skills/talents are there so in theory both rangers and SWs can heal ... in reality they almost can't, except with both experience and honor healing talents :D

    Dude i don't have good fist impressions either ... but it is not that bad after all.
    When this new wisdom comes to live servers you would have enough points to use all the useful talents ... trust me.
    You can use all the damage, weapon damage and you can max out your HP. You will have more points left to spend them either on attack speed or crit+crit damage or combined or any other.
    Those other talents are not that useful ... some of them can be placed in the category "luxury or fetish". Sure , more coins per drop is useful but it is not compulsory or game breaking if you don't have it. Later on, you will get even those.
    Take a look I only have 2 more levels than level 55.

    The new "level up" sound is so lame. The old sound should be kept at all costs.
