Game won't allow me to identify Legendary Items

    I have 3 Legendary Items lvl 26, and lvl 31...I am lvl 32. I have over 2600 CoT and when I click on the Legendary Item nothing happens each requires either 675 or 848 CoT...help please

    Are you selecting the cot with the right mouse button first?
