Getting DSO clinet not working

    I can't get on to my game :Tegan server

    I'm sorry It's DRO client failed to lanch is what i'm getting I think it goes off to fast.

    task manager? I have windows. Sorry I think i'm going through withdrawls lol.

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
    Kill those processes and start the client again.

    I think so since it was working fine when I logged off last night. If I uninstall game And download it again will I lose my game? I can log in here but it won't even let me sign in to game. client failure comes up and poof.

    I see no thinclient running in my task manager.

    Home from work still can't get on sent ticket, they told me to clean dsothin client I can't even find it. So should I just uninstall? Then down load again someone anyone please help

    Of course ... because you can't start it at first place.
    Try uninstall the client and then install it again.
    If this doesn't help ... uninstall the game clean the temp folder and then install the client again.

    Thank you trakilaki for your much needed help☺ I finally took my smart pill and figured it out, with your help. Soooo I'm back in the game. Such good people on here. Thank you again.
