    A nice improvement from previous events endowed with worthy rewards, but fails to impress, or for the very least, give a sense of purpose 8/10
    Firstly, I cannot find any info about the new challenge, like that poisonous ground that you cannot step into...
    I liked the fact that you get event attire from progress bar - this hastened the progression a lot. I actually like the new event, and the rewards in the progress bar are also balanced. Additionaly, the fact that you need more and more progress as the difficulty rises, beginning from 400 is very fair. This is how the rest of the events should be.
    Drops from Gwenfara are great, in about twelve runs I got the cloak, the coat, a white tiger and the gem recipe (I had all of which except for the recipe).
    However, I felt that the Creepy Castle map and the Oldfield map were have to spice them up; more monsters and elite champions are welcomed.(-1)
    I have not seen a cursed amphora, I don't know, maybe it was omitted from the map?
    The quests are very easy and can be done within an hour or so, maybe add more quests next give us purpose.(-1)

    It's just begun so I can't give a feedback now, but I have one simple question: why do you always make events that require hours and hours grinding only to start them?

    Why though? At least you have time to farm some entrances for the challenge... you're gonna need tons of them.

    Although I don't like the excessive grinding, I have to recognize that with this event was implemented the best system to fill the additional progress bars. I mean, everyone can do the whole event on lower difficulties, with more grinding that's true, but still able to do it.

    Players that are still weak (those who are not able to do infernal 3-4) will fill at least the main progress bars if they have the time. Compared to DtU, where obtaining the last progress rewards meant playing only on Inf4, this Halloween is a 100% better option. Make all events like this -> not difficulty dependant.

    Having that said, I like the new mini boss, the Wendy instead of Avalona, which quest was "bugged", forcing people to cancel it in order to gain more progress. The addition of the sentinel in the 1st map is welcomed too, 'cause farming corpses for remedies has been a nightmare since the very beginning.

    Portals to Castle with realm fragments are a nice addition, rewards are amazing too. I have to admit that this is a great event, on pair or maybe better than the Anniversary one.

    I have anything to say against this Halloween edition, the only thing could be maybe, that some kind of official guide is missing. This DSO Team has to make them (as in the past) for every event available, instead of relaying on other players' good will, like the wiki site, i.e.

    We could start farming all resources, now Gwenfara does not drop mini stuff, and more than 1 week is excessive time to "farm entrances".
    You wanna be blocked 9 days?

    well this event seems a-ok on everything except the drop rates for minion parts 10-20 is all I ever see on all my runs!
    at 50 to get a pass to the castle that's a lot of [EDIT] farming.

    Go normal, kill all the monsters (including the arms that break the ground), be sure to not leave anything alive and a sentinel DK will appear, kill him and you will obtain a Sophia's remedy bottle, it won't take you longer than 3-4 minutes every round. 1 or 2 minutes if you're in group. While in the meantime, collect the body parts dropped. By doing this you'll get 15-25 remedies assured per hour and 5-10 by quest.

    Run like that all the time,but that sentinel never appeared (I'm sure I killed all mobs). Does it appear only on norm?

    Sentinels only spawn on painful and higher difficulty.

    BTW has anyone seen the jullov's barrel? I haven't seen it either on testserver or liveserver.

    Well, apparently, if you guys mean this mini boss here, he spawns on normal too.

    I have cleared the map at lest 5 times on normal ... Morven never spawned.
    I guess it is a chance to spawn the sentinel on Normal difficulty.

    The chance must be pretty high, could be even 100%, because I did 4 runs (normal) and he spawned every time.
    I suspect people just don't kill everything. I struggle a bit with the arms... That's probably the most annoying part of getting the sentinel to spawn.

    For me the chance was 0.
    Like I said I cleared the map 5 times yesterday on Normal difficulty ... and he never showed up ... I didn't miss a single monster.
    In any other difficulty he was always spawning.
    Could be a bug maybe?

    Yesterday I did about 45 runs in a group on normal and the Sentinel spawned each run. The problem causes a mob hiding behind a tree.

    you have to search for every corner of the map and be fast enough to kill the mob before they regenerate
    Also the hands count as mobs, so kill them too

    I suggest to all to play in groups of a least 2 and split the map

    It seems that the arms don't have to be killed, after all. Just ignore them.
