    Forgive me for my bad English...

    Move this to the right place, if this is the wrong place.

    I play mainly Heredur server. However, it is now almost blocked and these events playing time there will be almost impossible because of crashes. I have now played mainly by Agathon. (I live in Europe, not in USA. And my connection usually works well and runs smoothly the Dragensang.) Since there does not crash the game. At least not so easily. A moment ago, however, the game suddenly stopped and the window went black. I was in Gloomy Pastures. It feels frustrating that the game suddenly crashes and goes black, and all the pearls, which I used of going there, disappear. Well, doesn't help to go to collect more...

    Sorry, my anger, but was I must say up here for you.

    From Tegan here.
    Sometimes I got crashed in dungeon.
    But 90% when back to Kingshill or Cardhun I got crashed.
    Now I get used to it and never report to support anymore.

    Hey there @North_Star ,

    Have you already tried to delete DSO log files? Follow the tutorial HERE.

    Since when is it happening? Still remains? Let us know more information... there are some crashes confirmed. If needed, contact our Support Team ;)
