Good Game - But Needs Some Fixes

I think this game is fun to play and done well. However, there are some serious problems that will cause me to quit. I have subscribed and spent about $150 on game currency. However, these are the issues I have:

I worked hard to get to level 20 to get a mount. However, in getting to level 20, I have not accumulated enough wisdom to even come close to unlocking the first tier to get to the riding skill. I am not willing to invest months getting wisdom so I can ride a mount. Might as well make the skill not usable until a higher level.

I am on an USA East server because that is where I live. However, I might as well be on a Spanish server as that is all I see in chat. Whenever I ask a question in game, I get no response. Not a very friendly or helpful community. The community is what makes a game fun.

I have logged on every day for over a week and still receive the reward for logging on a third day? What's with that?

I wish you all luck, but will probably cancel my sub before the month is up and play something else. Too bad because I like a lot about the game. I wish I had investigated the game more before trying it and saved myself almost $200.

Regarding the mount, you can use this guide to learn the basics. There is no instant achievement in MMO games and I don't think you will find it in other online games neither.

 

1) Player level 20 is not required to ride a mount. Only knowledge level 20 is required. Sorry, but your player being level 20 is irrelevant. If you want to be able to ride a mount, you will need to complete the daily quest for 250 knowledge every day until you have enough. If you don't have the patience for that, well... you already know the answer.

2) Agathon server also includes many South American players, as it is the closest server to them. This is unlikely to change, as I doubt that a game as old as Drakensang Online will be placing a new server in South America.

3) The stuck-on-the-third-day reward problem sounds like a discrepancy between your computer clock and your region. I have not experienced this, but I have heard of it from other players in other posts. If you can't diagnose the problem, you could contact support for help.
