Got scammed from the ingame store

I just wanted to buy the locker expansion but I got 20k andermant instead. When I contact the support, they told me that in order to get the locker expansion, you needed to not buy any locker slots previously. Instead for the price, I got 20k andermant. Really? I got scammed because I bought locker slots earlier. I am trying right now to refund that because nowhere was saying 20k andermant you will get if I bought any lockers.

I bought also the inventory expansion while I had some slots open but there was no problem. That is just lazy support.

 

What they told you did you make sure if it was specified anywhere?

 

I looked in game and in my receipt they send me. Neither of those has something like that. Receipt says locker.

Did anyone bought the locker expansion while he had some of the slots already opened ? Did they get the exact same result. I cant believe thats how it should be. No one said something like that in the past I am quite wondering here if thats really the case.

 

I'm sorry for you and the only suggestion I can give is that before spending money on anything:
- you should always first make sure of what you are buying
- if it is really worth it
- if there is all the information you need
- or if the information is incomplete or absent

 

If its true what you say. Just sue them.

It's not specified anywhere in description when you buy it. So they simply can't just decide to give something else. It's against the law

Under a legal obligation, they MUST refund the money.
