Gramps Julov

I have a lvl50 dwarf who has to find gramps Julov in the Cradle of Frost.
Got this one with other toons but now it's not to be found on the destined place.
Has someone an idea how's that possible? Is it lvl dependable?

 

Do you have the map fully unlocked? These quests are so old that I'm not sure anymore what are the triggers.

 

If memory serves, the map changes as you progress through the quest line. Try finishing one of the yellow quests that involve that map and see if that helps.

 

I very recently played that area on one of my alts and it was working fine then. Are you sure you had the quest for that Jullov and were in the right place, furthest bottom right area of the map?

On all of my alts the first thing i do on entering the area is go to Jullov, so i am sure it is not a case of having the map further opened than just entering the first time

As you can see from Tilwin90 's screenshot on the Wiki, the map is in the early phase and is not fully opened.
