grimmag error code 23

    last 40hrs + i am getting an error message code 23 .it appears to me just at the swap of characters . seem to be grimmag server issue , since i can load load game in Tegan server ,
    but all my chr are in grimmag , 2 support messages send one yesterday and one day before . i hope someone from support will read this and take an action to fix this issue .
