Grimmag / Huge linking problem with a few maps

Well, I honestly hoped that this have something with gnob arriving (buffer issue or something like that), and that our (I am sure that I'm not the only one with this problem) problem will go away with him, but obviously it is not, and still is a HUGE (I would say also annoying) problem, especially because Blackborg is one of the maps, and new moon will soon, so ... We have to visit it often !!!

Also happening on q5 m2 (both from Khalys or m1) and it is a big problem from few reasons:
First, I've already mention it is annoying
Second Refresh button ain't linked / haven't succeed once so you have to left client / browser and relog ... Sometimes more that 10 times

Last thing I've done was a desperate try, but I even cleared cache ... Of course, didn't help!

And from context above, you can see that it started with a gnob which means - too long!

I'm not sure about the other servers, that's why I mentioned one where I am playing in title.

 

Yes, I can confirm this issue. It is happening for 6-7 days.
And yes Blackborg map is affected too. Meaning players can't farm for woods.

 

Well, when the R126 came out on wednesday, I didn't had any problems, thursday neither, on friday BAM...the same problem as you guys, all weekend long.

So on sunday...since it was impossible to play, I deleted all my files + java...next day all my problems were gone, but when i went to configure my keys, I could no longer switch key no. 7 to "space bar" and that just ruined my day.

I only had this problem on Grimmag server, Heredur is clean, as for the others servers...I have deleted my characters.

I've been having the same problem even before R126 and it seems that Heredur is being affected also (just had the same message as you Dzungla). As far as it goes deleting files and java didn't work for me. Glad you had luck with that B

 

Thats not a game any more. Its a complete desaster. I appeal - STOP PAYING UNTILL BP FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS! Nobody can play normally that game. Noone can prepare for the upcoming events. The drop is poor.
Every time I try to enter a new map I have connection log in problems or i will be kicked out by the old bug /still not fixed - it appeared after the bann of the BOT users/
STOP MAKING USELESS ANIMATIONS AND EDIT POSITIONS OF THE CHARACTERS! NOONE NEEDS THAT! FIX THE BUGS!!!

 

that came with relise 126..a new better error..ha ha ha...its error game..nightmare its not only in blackborg its when pass khalys second room and when go out from khalys room is error..so no more khalys ferming too...and i afraid need to pass this event too i dont now what to say enymore....all friends are angree ...anger can be dangeros...you will lose your money.

 

The second name of that game is "ERROR"!!!!

NO NO NO!!! IT DOESNT HELP!! I DID IT MANY TIMES. DONT TALK ABOUT CLEANING JAVA CASH, DNS CASH, GAME FOLDERS AND SO ON. I WILL NOT REINSTALL MY COMPUTER EVERY TIME I WANT TO PLAY DSO WITH THE ONLY HOPE TO BE ABLE TO PLAY! FIX THE BUGS!
GO AND FARM KHALYS AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND YOURSELF IF IT DOES HELP!

 

i do all time this but still i have problems. ofc i clead dso client and java.

 

For those on the Heredur server, the problem has been detected and fixed.

On the Grimmag server, if you continue to experience disconnections, please contact support and attach your client logs.

C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Temp\DSOClient\dlcache\logfiles

Select the newest log file, this will be the one without a number on it, copy it to a location easiest for you to find, and then attach to the email.​

 

i speak with support but they dont say anything new. what i do to fix i do by my own.

I wrote to support and got an automated email, when i replied to it, as requested.
I got this in my spam section "Mail failure - no recipient addresses"??!!
This "Mail failure" is the 2nd that has happened to me.

Whats wrong with DSO email system???
Do i have to go BigPoints webpage again, like the last time or is there an alternative email support???

 

I done that on my own and it seem to help so far.

Not helping any more, problem retuned.
I did: DSO folder, defrag my pc registry, flush dns and problem still there.
This is huge problem, better fix it and don't add any new content for a while so we don't get any new bug's in game and actually play a bug free and have fun.

 

Well, I guess this is something related with server problems, but it's just one day left till moon event so, here's what happening:

1. Today, after servers issues, I went to Varholm (farming silver), and twice the map disconnected from a server (my opinion). It means - I am there, on the map, and everything else, except monsters and :
- Skills like battle cry and dragon hide (I am a DK) doesn't work at all, jump works like some weird teleport (move my character on the other part of the map)
-Teleport button - no action
-mounts neither
-NPC no response from them:



Also, can't leave the map on arrow, and magic "x" leaving dso works!

On the other hand, all the time , I could (I was) talking with my guild mate on the dso guild chat! (that dismiss all connection problems on the client side).

I'm sluice2 on Heredur. I am able to log in and go to Ashraya Travel Stone, but when I try to travel to the Abyss of Time I get the following error: No server available: (Error code 21)
