    yesterday i was farming in eternal watch with my dk i got unique drop (ategir`s rune axe ) few minutes l8r server crashed,when finaly fixed my unique dissapeared,what a hex.

    It happened to a friend of mine too, he lost windrunner bow cuz of it , gems socketed too, mention ur problem to support including details, hopefully support can get ur stuff back.

    And the conclusion is: Always make a screen-shot of special drops, because otherwise you have no "proof" you can show to the support.
