Guild name bug

    It is not a bug. There is an issue displaying guild name sometimes ... yes ... and it is not on user's side.
    Guild friend standing next to you ... hovering the cursor over his character and it is not showing the guild name?
    Fix: open guild list ... refresh. The guild name is displayed again.

    You are triple wrong.
    It is database related issue. Nothing is wrong with the database ... but the issue is with the connection between the server and the client.
