Guidelines for having a good guild.

1. Enjoy what you are doing.
2. Have a positive attitude
3. Dont whisper other guild leader with mean things to say, it has a way of coming out in the gossip network of this game. If you dont have something nice to say dont say it all.
4. Freedom of speech is not always the best way to go if you use it to ruin someone's day.
5. Let people come to you for recruitment dont hound people, i made that mistake early on and in some aspects still paying for it.
6. Have a set language, if english is the guild then stick to it, i know other languages but if the other peeps dont understand the person i recruited it does me no good to recruit them.
7. Strengthen your toon like it or not people go into a guild to get help if you cant accept that fact, then perhaps dont make a guild.
8. Actually care about the people in your guild, they might need something more than just can you help me with mortis.
9. Don't use people just to make yourself look good, if stronger peeps want to be there fine but dont make them stay under duress. If people like your guild and you as a person they maybe in another guild but if they decide they like you they may come back, dont make enemies with a person that leaves, you might not have what they want at the time but give them the space to be your friend regardless of what guild they are in.
10. Dont be so obsessed with having a guild that you forgot to enjoy the game for yourself. Your guildies will notice.
11. Also and most important is respect your guild leader and thats the key to a good guild thank you.
