    Hello support I address you in order to help me with this problem that I present the report to the day 30/03/2013 Spanish support but only got negative responses, what happened was the following 3 items lost my inventory after having finished my premium would help me with this problem dark hull lost ring of death and a sword to my steam account heredur server resides in, thanks

    This is not the place to ask Support questions, but I can tell you what the moderators will tell you and you won't like it. They would normally tell you to contact support for your language, but seeing as you already have, they will tell you that the English support team will not be able to assist you if the Spanish support was unable to. Good luck, but if nothing is working with the Spanish support team, I doubt you will have any luck. This isn't the first time someone came to to the English side after the other languages said no.

    As @_Baragain_ said we are unable to help you here the best option for you is to contact your language support team, if they are unable to help you there is nothing more to be done unfortunately.
